Project Description
Window Products Management (WPM) was retained by the Four Seasons Resort, located in the Biltmore Santa Barbara, for two substantial design and build projects. The two projects covered exterior and interior shade system work at the resort.
The first phase was to rebuild the awnings and shading devices for their legendary Coral Casino. WPM duplicated the original design of the awnings and cabana shades with a more technologically advanced products that would weather better than the original materials. Some of the shading devices included automated, retractable awnings at the restaurant and independent shades at each of the private cabanas that overlook the pool.
The second phase included the design and installation of drapery, shades, furniture upholstery, and custom bedding in 153 rooms at the resort. WPM conducted all of the design, manufacturing, and installation work performed in both phases.
