Malibu Estate Residence
Window Products Management (WPM) consulted with the builder on several aspects of the fenestration on this unique mountain-top Malibu estate, including the building automation schematic, window covering designs, and exterior shades. This very unusual home had over 80 openings and WPM provided recommendations regarding design, materials, and automation for all of the fenestration. The automation schematic was designed for Internet control so that all of the motorized window coverings could be controlled from a central location, room by room, or remotely from any location via iPad, iPhone, etc. The system also has the ability to solar track and harvest daylight with products like the Sundialer.
